• The property must be 25 years or older
  
• Renovations must be at least 25% of the current value

• Go to Inspections, Permits, and Licenses to fill out an application**

• $40 Application Fee

The Facts:

• Moratorium is transferable from current owner to new owner
  
• One Moratorium per property
  
• Five year program. Effective January 1st after repairs are completed.
  
• In accordance with Chapter 157.114 of the City of Louisville Code of Ordinances
